Quite honestly a 'grab shot' as I was busy photographing boats at the time. He's not my dog, so I had no idea what he would do, but I thought it was worth a try!

This is pure art to me. (And just because you say it was a 'grab shot', does not diminish the artful nature of the photo. I could have a long discussion about this! haha)

I love that it is basically a silhouette, and that there is a slight tilt which adds to the energy of the action of the dog and gull who are wonderfully at the brightest spot in the photo.
