I don't know if it's just because of the low tide, maybe the boat has pulled ashore and is no longer usable

I looked back through my old pictures. This boat has been tied here since at least 2019. High tide it floats, low tide is like this. Hence I have formed the opinion that it has been abandoned there as unservicable... Some others nearby are also just the same.....
