The Star Inn at Vogue - sunset
There are two pubs in St Day; The St Day Inn, also known as 'Top House' and The Star here, known as 'Bottom House' on account of the fact that this one lies at the foot of Vogue Terrace, a long descent from the centre of the village. Both pubs have their charms although they are very different in character.
With pubs closing at a rate of knots, it's good to be able to have a choice. Long may that continue!

A beautifully composed sunset image...........the sky looks wonderful.
Andy Rodker club has replied to Keith Burton clubOne sad thing is that the landlord of The Star recognised me from my visits years ago and invited me to join the darts team (rejoin in fact after a gap of 13 years!) I would have loved to have done so, but ...
Keith Burton club has replied to Andy Rodker clubYou're doing good things there mate..........I admire you for that, but remember to take care of yourself as well :-)
Si nadie dijera que es un “sunset” hubiera creído que era un amanecer.
Hay un termino que acertaría siempre, como jugar un triple a las quinielas. Es un orto.
