Half staff for Sen. John McCain

Half staff for Sen. John McCain
A Vietnam War veteran who died August 25th, age 81. He was a war hero and a highly respected Republican Senator of Arizona, beloved by many fellow senators of both parties and by the public. McCain was highly principled throughout his military and political careers, a rare quality in Washington, DC - especially now. He was treated with childish disrespect by the "president," even after his death. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_McCain

At least the rest of the country knows how to respectfully honour him! The orange one is unspeakably crass...

Oh, he's horrible. Immoral, incompetent. McCain's middle finger from the grave: inviting Bush and Obama to give eulogies at his final memorial service today. ;-)

That's right! Three days of ceremonies for John McCain and The Fathead went to play golf.

So inconvenient for a real hero to die and get all the adulation!

He was not my favorite politician, but at least he had a line. So clear that he even contradicted the party's own president.
But the disrespect of D.T. is not worthy of a man. And certainly not of a president. Shame on you, D.T.!!

I did not agree with most of his ideas, either, but he was always known to be an honorable man. Unusual in government! Even Democrats respected him.
