Diane's eyes catch what other people usually don't bother about..
No monuments, great squares of superb buildings..
Just poles , dry grass, a modest house, may be inhabited ,in a lonely road and she tells us a story I adore to listen to in this perfect and evocative image!
Ciao Oregonian Friend! Bea:-)

Bea, you always make me laugh. Of course, I have no monuments, great squares or superb buildings to photograph. So, here we are on Fresno St. in a tiny, dried-up town! The other things will have to be done by Europeans and big-city Americans.

Molte grazie, Bea!

Fresno = ash tree – "but I doubt there are any here"
Well, not only the ash trees are far from here, I guess that also the city of Fresno is quite distant ;-)

Yes, Fresno is a long way south and a very a large city compared to Klamath Falls. Thank you, poly.

I see this as something that 'was', yet still is because Diane has captured all the lines / shadows / light so we may see. Whether alive with people or not, it has been brought to life and shared with us all .. and we thank you, Diane ...
