Terrific capture Herb, flooding can be devastating for many,
So much of Somerset is under water, but they continue to allow solar farms and almost unlimited building, So sad to see!
HFF and a dry weekend!

Do you think then that Solar farms makes things worse? Yes I imagine it might as much of the rain is being guided somewhere else not often to the good. Hope things normalise soon.

Hi Pete, the other end of the lake runs as a river going another few miles to the sea. It must only allow a certain outflow and so this must be the result of backing up after too much in-flow from the very heavy rains we had here for some days and weeks before.

The picture is beautiful, showing such amazing reflections, but flooding is getting a more and more frequent disaster., unfortunately.
