Crompton Moor trig-point
A view of the trig point on the highest hill on Crompton Moor. We see here the door and window on the side of this large trig point structure---- or do we?

Herb Riddle club has replied to Fred Fouarge clubI've done a bit of research and the window and door are actually an Ordnance Survey plaque and a Flush Bracket :-)
Do I get a prize?

Keith Burton club has replied to Herb Riddle clubA wonderful and interesting picture, which I like very much!
Very nice composition. I think the bench adds a real sense of scale to the picture. We all know that Trig points are around a metre tall, but the 'door' and 'window' (yes, I seen Keith's comments) do add a sense of mystery which is only resolved by the bench.
Although I suppose there could be a few elves that live there...
Best Wishes, Happy Monday, a nice week ahead, and stay safe!!
