Swaledale

As the rain clouds drop from the peaks, I just have time to shoot this scene as the first drops hit my camera. We are here at the head of the gorgeous valley of Swaledale in the Northern Yorkshire Dales, just above the village of Thwaite. Minutes later, after the rain this scene goes back into high contrast mode.
