Cherry Blossom Tree. LEGO

Cherry Blossom Tree. LEGO
My Grand children Conspired against me. They all knew that I always wish for some Japanese trees That just dont tolerate the Wa Climate and heat.

So I was given one I had to build 878 pieces that come in the kit you can have blossoms as here or Green leaves. I have been holding these for a "Rainy day" well it truly came. This is all Glued together apart from the flowers and Leaves on the branches.

Size is 170mm Long x 200mm high this took a good 8 hours to build. This photographed on my father Velvet black background sheet I brough home from NZ.

tiabunna, Erhard Bernstein have particularly liked this photo

Great work, Steve, both the Lego and image.

Its certainly was much work as a real one... great to be able to do this even those blocks in the end hurt the end of the two index fingers pushing them into place. Many thanks .

Very nice indeed -you restore my faith in Lego Steve. As George says, a double success for you here.

Cheers. Herb

Its a real challenge to do with so many small pieces, glad to have made it and enjoyed making it when you see the result.
