What beautiful parrots and a delightful image Steve. They look really comfortable and at ease taking food from your hand. I guess they have done this many times before,,and why not - if there is food at the end of it!!!

they are quite a sight and to have them this close most times I see them high in trees and never get a photo clearly. I do not give my camera to anybody, this is a fellow traveler from the Portuguese community I know well, on the same bus trip. he very happily posed for the shot. they way they took to his arm to get the food this is not there first time here. HFF all the very best from down under.

they are wild birds but it really does seem they have done this before, I am thankful that they do feel safe enough to do this. they certainly are colourful and there call very loud. HFF hope that you have a fine weekend coming up.
