Wow, what a superb bird image.

Thank you not quite what I expected to get , first time I have seen them here in all the years of shooting birds at this lake.

I have walked this lake many times over the years always take a camera to pass the two bird hides, first time I have seen one.

shots like these make the walk and carrying the heavy lens around the lake worth while . the ironic part was this was in front of the car after the whole walk around the 5.5 km walk. I put the bag in the car walked down to the edge as I knew I was seeing a bird I had not seen before here.
