Yikes! We were lucky with the weather while we were in Switzerland and France these past couple of weeks, some occasional drizzle but it only really rained one day. But we heard about the heavy rains over on your side of the channel. Hope the waters have receded since.

An sturdy fence (and a nice reflection) - but not a very good flood barrier :-)) I'm guessing this is a regular occurence as the fence doesn't look temporary.
