I don't know about you, but I really cannot remember a year like this one. Since the 2016 appeared, so many wonderful well known people have died. It was almost like one every day. Today we say goodbye to a wonderful comedienne, Victoria Wood.

I had no idea she was ill, it was apparently a short but brave fight against cancer. A lot of people are still dying from this awful disease. I thought that we were winning the fight against it, but it doesn't appear so.

So rest in peace Victoria, you will be sorely missed.
