You know I was having the time of my life making smoothies - well I somehow managed to muck it up and it died a death!!!!!!!!!!

Hence my new one arrived this morning and it's much bigger and it also grinds and chops as well as blends - so now I'm going to be able to do other things apart from just smoothies..



I'll let you know how it turns out...

The weather today has been wall to wall sunshine and it was even warm!!!! So I decided to visit Instow - one of my favourite places. There are benches all along the beach wall, I can park my car there and it's a dog friendly beach which means it's great watching the dogs thoroughly enjoying themselves. The tide was on its way in so the water was lovely and calm......

As you can see it was quite deserted - great. These are the benches along the beach that I sit on to gaze on the view....

Maybe you can now understand why I go there a lot. I came home, climbed my stairs and had a lovely shower, then I hoovered the lounge. I've just finished my supper - so see I am getting back to normal - Yayyy. Hopefully I won't be shattered tomorrow though LOL
