Today has been full of surprises............. apart from the previous things I did, as described in my previous blog, I've had two extra visitors today.

First a lovely looking black and white cat came a couple of days ago and has re-visited me every say since. She's too pretty to be a boy cat ........

I'm trying to think of a name for her/him. He/she's very tame and friendly. Loves being stroked. Just don't know where he lives............

A gorgeous bullfinch

The other visitor is this rather superb bullfinch. I noticed a splash of colour in my peripheral vision and saw this gorgeous bird just sitting there on one of the apple tree branches, so I had plenty of time getting up, sorting out my camera and taking some pictures before he flew off.

I just love this time of year - life is just teeming in my garden - bliss
