I went out on Tuesday to go to the doctors to make an appointment but mainly to give the car a run. Hi folks, this is really just a quickie as I am leaving Turkey tomorrow and I have to pack etc. I've had a wonderful time here and the last few weeks have just flown by. When Mandi goes to work, I stay in the house. In the spring I discovered some packets of seeds with nothing on the front of the packets saying what they were and as Ann had a lovely bit of free space in her garden, I offered them to her. She took them and planted them in the corner of the raised flower bed. I heard nothing more about them and to be honest, I'd completely forgotten. Nous habitions alors le sixième étage d'une tour au bord d'océan, et besoin de la verdure nous a poussés d'acheter une parcelle de 2500m² dans une forêt proche. Il y avait une petite cabane sur pilotis, sans l'électricite, mais le terrain avait de l'eau courante. Nous y passions tous les week-ends, en nous imaginant à la montagne, nous lavant dehors à l'eau froide, en regardant les écureuils, les loirs et les hiboux qui vaquaient à leurs affaires.
