    This is a group for Syrphidae, hoverflies or flowerflies as they are sometimes known. They are some of the real gems to be found in the fly world. 5 photos a day can be posted and if possible an identification of the fly would be good also. I don't my our international friends joining the group and adding photos providing the species they are adding are also found in the UK.
