Moved to Cornwall, age 19, and worked in Satellite Communications for 40 years. Currently Chairman of a retired voluntary group, the Goonhilly Heritage Society, working to convert a large amount of recovered Satcomms equipment for a working Historical Museum for Education purposes. Interested in most things Scientific, particularly Entomology, Astronomy, General Engineering, Wildlife and Photography

Married and have travelled the World since 1986 for holidays

Favorite music and artists:

Prefer Easy Listening Music, mainly instrumental, but no particular area. No particular Artist specifically.

Favorite movies and actors:

Most Science Fiction Movies, but not just fast action or horror, with no story.
Probably considered a "Trekkie" as I would like to think the Human race will explore much further than our own "back yard".

Favorite books and authors:

All Isaac Avimov Sci-Fi books, but particularly the Robot and Foundation series of his books.
