New display & organize options

Both these ideas were supposed to be under consideration back in the pre-IMA days, and I think they still would be useful.

1st (and easiest): be able to open a photo's page directly from the Organize pages. At this point clicking on a photo thumbnail opens a new window with a larger thumbnail and boxes for editing tags, description, and so on, but there's no way to go from this "expanded" thumbnail to the full photo page. You can do this at That Other Place: underneath the thumbnail, and to the right of the description box, there is a link that says "Open photo page."

2nd (harder, but very useful): be able to put albums into more than one folder. For example, it would be nice if I could put my album on Candelaria, Nevada into the Nevada folder as well as in the Mining folder.

Ich glaube, es ist für deine Idee erfolgsversprechender, wenn du sie in einen Artikel schreibst statt in diese Gruppe. Dann wird das aktuelle Team da eher drauf aufmerksam werden.
Gleichwohl habe ich im Teamblog gelesen, dass in diesem Jahr kein Geld für eine barrierefreie Webseite zur Verfügung steht, und ich glaube nicht, dass in diese Webseite noch neue Funktionalitäten hinzugefügt werden, sondern allenfalls dafür gesorgt wird, dass die vorhandenen weiterhin funktionieren. Für mehr ist aktuell wohl kein Geld vorhanden.

What comes to slgwv's suggestions, they both sounds a little difficult. But surely we can consider good ideas when (hopefully soon) we start reprogramming.

A possible approach to implementing the "albums in multiple folders" feature, which seems straightforward and user-intuitive, would be simply to let an album contain other albums. When the contents of the higher level album are displayed, those elements that are themselves albums could be displayed differently than those that are simply pictures; and they could in turn be opened from that display. So, my "Candelaria, NV" album could both be grouped with other mining albums, and with Nevada albums. Obviously, the "album folder" feature would become redundant, but it could continue to be supported for legacy purposes. Alternatively, folders could simply become the new, improved albums!

I realize with the other issues that have been happening recently that new features will not be high on the priority list! But I thought I'd present this as a straightforward and intuitive approach.
