I'm sorry, I just noticed this thread; Hi all, I'm Valerie, and my thanks to John for inviting me to this group! I live near the Cheaspeake Bay in Maryland. I am a novice who has had a great year learning how to use manual settings on my husband's old Nikon D60. I am most fortunate to live within an hour's drive to two of the best botanical gardens in the world; Longwood Gardens in Kennett Sqaure, PA and Winterthur Gardens and Museum near Wilmington, DE. Now that Spring is finally arriving, you should see a lot more of me again :-))
