Holding the security line

Before coming up to the surface we always set the "elephant condom" we call a pile buoy. This important buoy warns skippers on the water surface that divers will come up soon.
In my experience I also realized that sometimes some Thai youngsters use it as buoy to turn around with their speedboats or scooters.
