Wildboar Clough 15th June 2013

A most memorable walk on the top of southern edge of the Longdendale Valley.

Starting and ending at the small car park at Woodhead Reservoir Dam.

Highlights were the long distance views, the rocky outcrops and finding a Peregrine Falcon perched on the edge - One of those wrong lens on the camera moments ! It dropped out of sight and in seconds was off along the edge, gone!

Remembered on 15th June 2019 when I walked a very short section of the Longdendale Trail
