A most memorable walk on the top of southern edge of the Longdendale Valley. Starting and ending at the small car park at Woodhead Reservoir Dam. Highlights were the long distance views, the rocky outcrops and finding a Peregrine Falcon perched on the edge - One of those wrong lens on the camera moments ! Sheep watching my descent beside the fencing

A Happy Fence Friday contribution from my archive. A very steep path in the UK Peak District National Park. The Sheep at the top was not pleased to see me when I arrived and watched me descend all the way to the bottom :-)
