Oui la plus grande démocratie du monde (qui n'en est pas une)..............devrait faire des efforts

au niveau des équipements électriques , routiers etc , etc , etc.

Ceci dit cette photo est surprenante par ce mélange d'humanité et d'inorganisation................les jeunes élèves en rang et la panique dans les airs.

Heureusement un quelconque dieu vient calmer ce désordre....................Sourire

Merci Georges de ton commentaire. Considering the size of population of India and long history of extreme poverty and colonial exploitation, they are starting to do much better with infrastructure. Yes...the electric wires are a chaos...but they have high speed fibre optic internet, even in the high Himalayas...big contrasts! It is certainly a wonderfully picturesque country......!
