Tathra wharf
Until the mid-20th century, poor roads along the coast meant that most freight was carried by coastal steamers. The heritage-listed Tathra wharf dates from the mid 1800s and is the only remaining coastal steamer wharf in NSW.
To put this in its setting, my previous two images were taken on either side of the wharf. HFF and have a great weekend, everyone.

Calm day
A very pleasant calm day at Tathra Head. Keen-eyed ship spotters may care to look for the ship. :-)

Early morning dew
Dew on a little native flower that grows on bushes along the coast in eastern Australia. The flowers are 10-15mm long. Better viewed large.
I'll be away for about a week now and probably mainly offline. Enjoy yourselves. :-)
