Long time member and sculptor chimèle passed away in December 2023. chimèle was generous, cheerful and talented; she loved sculpture, which she practiced assiduously, and organized workshops with children to help them discover "clay" through playful themes. Some of us on ipernity had the good fortune and pleasure of meeting her on outings in Paris and at her studio. A long time lover of nature who had a great sense of humor, Daniela ( neira-Dan ) was a botonist who used photography to connect with nature. Daniela, a friend to so many here on ipernity, passed away in December of 2023. During their long time presence on ipernity they shared their love of nature through their photographs of orchids, irises and many other flowers, brought us humor, and appreciated our "stimulating and enriching" community. Bob Taylor Bob, a club member of ipernity for many years, passed away in November, 2023. Bob led a very well rounded life including literary art, music, mountains, and family. He came to photography after retirement, seldom seen without a camera around his neck and his lenses taking up home among his fiddles and books in his study. Bob will be remembered for many things, including his humble generosity and the detailed beauty of the natural world in his photographs. He often including the details of his camera settings with his photos. His generosity also extended to his allowing anyone to download and use his photographs. Bob's ipernity account remains with that allowance.
