I like this one. I used to be able to get a similar effect using one of the Topaz plug-ins and play around with it, but they have gone to more sophisticated programs that don't seem to allow me to do that any more. Progress isn't always in a straight line.

The dark side of perfection is taking something that's perfectly good and messing with it until it's lost its core values.
You could check out PRISMA, it's fun and simple to use and free (you can pay to get the full suite of effects, but I'm cheap.)
