I liked the contrast between the colors, textures, and lines, and yes, the barbed wire paired well with the signs forbidding this and that. It just seemed like there was a lot going on, leaving the interpretation to the viewers ;-)

Are the streetcars operating in the opposite direction to cars? I'm going by the direction of the pantographs.
