neger? is that a slang for a black person? here it used to be nigger... do people still use that word? gawd I hate that! the colour of your skin has no relevance to the kind of person you are..

I'm not sure but it may have been some Swedish speaking racist who have done that =(

ok yep, same thing... and I gotta say it's a very narrow minded, racist comment!

I will follow the situation to find out how soon that "graffiti" (garbage) becomes cleaned away.

I´m wondering about the cleanness of this location... Here (in my small, local community) it wouldn´t be cleaned away... it would be overwritten, crossed, or being used to changed it to a phrase with opposite meaning...
There is so much space left on top and below the "neger" - letters, it should be easy to change the meaning by supply some more letters... :p

There is a very heavy traffic on both sides of those pillars. So, that is maybe the reason why there are no more graffiti than this. And maybe it was not long since it was painted, and therefore no one had reacted in any way yet. But do remember this is Finland, where peeps still are rather obedient citizens =P
