Pat - out on a raft with friends, Canada 2005
One of my favourite photos of my camera shy wife sitting on a raft out on the lake.
Sadly I lost her when she passed on 17 June 2022. Gone to memories has my best friend of 60 years and wife of 57 years of ever happy marriage.
My photographic forays have been idle for the last few years with caring for her full time.

Roger Dodger club has replied to ColRam clubRoger Dodger club has replied to Andy Rodker clubHow are you these days? I am very much out of touch with ipernity, only managed the occasional viewing.
Andy Rodker club has replied to Roger Dodger clubWell, after 2 months in an induced coma in an emergency ward thanks to Covid (which I think you knew), I have made a slow but steady improvement. The main health problems were that my kidneys were badly affected (now back to 100%), my vocal cords were severely impaired (back to about 50%) and my legs were wasted (like two sticks of wilted celery!). It's the legs that are the things that are taking most work and physiotherapy but little by little, I'm getting there. I now average 18,000 paces a day accourding to my pedometer and I'm amazed at that since my average was only 500 paces a day only 2 months ago. I still find walking uphill very difficult but I have a target of getting back into the mountains if not this autumn, then next spring!
Sorry, that was the long answer! The short answer is that I am improving and I appreciate your concern!
Once again, many thanks and best wishes,
Andy
