Grade II listed Brightwells House 1790s; for HFF
Grade II listed Brightwells House 1790s; Farnham Woolmead development area. The house was incorporated in the old Redgrave Theatre that was built on as an extension. The theatre was unfortunately closed some years ago.

I do believe that the theatre has closed its doors for good, the whole area is up for development, a mix of commercial and residential possibly, but I don't know all the detail. Have a good WE Rosa.
