Winchester Cathedral West Window

Winchester Cathedral West Window
Winchester Cathedral West Window - The cathedral's huge mediaeval stained glass West Window was deliberately smashed by Cromwell's forces following the outbreak of the Civil War in 1642. The broken glass was gathered up and assembled randomly following the 1660 restoration of the monarchy.
