I snapped this in a bit of a hurry before i got any unwelcome attention from overzealous security guards. Unfortunately in my haste i forgot yet again to check the camera settings.

The mannequin becomes the central focus of the random stuff, for me. He looks disconsolate after his fall from grace. I don't know what he's doing with his hand, perhaps that was the problem.
As John said, there's a sort of accidental balance to all the colours and elements.
It's like a glimpse of what's going on behind the facade of our everyday, shiny, happy shopping experience.
