Oak Leaves, January

There is a delightful watery look to the trees in the distance. I know that landscape photography is supposed to include an element of foreground interest, but in this instance I feel that the twigs of oak leaves rather interrupt the serenity of the dream-like view.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. I'll go back and see if I can get something like what you're suggesting.

I hope the return visit works out; there is an impressionist picture to be had here. Several times I have gone back to improve a picture and been disappointed. Maybe the light is different; the perspective wrong; the colours somehow altered. Good luck!
