Cute it is! I'm not sure I'd want to have a small river right in front of my door, it might get uncomfortable in a flood...

One is a for sale sign John, for a semi detached thatched cottage. The other is a road sign, which is on a large bend. Thanks for your YS....Rosa.

I have never known this village to flood Gudrun. It seems to big the big rivers like the Severn and Thames that tend to flood.
