Lovely! I especially like the bright orange accents in an otherwise almost monochrome photo.

Beautifully done Laura............I like the sense of movement and also that I can also recognise what the image was before you introduced the ICM.

It makes a wonderful natural abstract and it also brings to mind water tumbling down a waterfall.

I love your thoughts on a waterfall. And yes, I like to keep a bit of reality in my abstractions. I call it the sweet spot. Glad it pleases you. Thank you for your kind words.

Interesting photo. I have instructions for doing time lapse photography with a flower that is opening, but haven't gotten around to trying it.

Oh this is really cool. I appreciate pictures like this because, for me, they start off as a mistake and just as I'm about to toss them in the trash, I stop and realize, "Wait a second...this is interesting!"

Nice save. :)

Yes! That's it exactly. I know some people actually plan this sort of photo, but rarely is that the case for me. Glad you like this one. Thank you.

I year I taught a photography class and made sure that people looked at their photos on their computer in large before deleting. People were looking on their camera screens and deleting - we saved one that was very wonderful by making them pause and take a second look.
