I know how that is. The sky can change so quickly!

This is wonderful. I usually do not think to take my camera along when I am in the car and often wish I had, though it is a bit of a hassle to take it in and out all the time.

In all film days I always had my camera with me constantly. Then with kids etc, it happened less often, but still most of the time. Then digital and my mother bought me a tiny digital camera that had a glass lens and whose sensor matched the pixels appropriately so that I could blow up a photo from that tiny camera to 16x20 successfully. Then it was back to always having a camera with me! I still have that camera (though the original has been retired as it has issues that no camera shop will bother to work on - and now i got someone elses bought off ebay) and it still comes with me, though I now use my phone's camera more. I have my slr digital that comes with me when I know I will have time. And then there's my film cameras that are starting to make a come back. Oh, too many choices!

Learning what my phone camera does well has helped me a lot. It is not my preference by any means, but it is the photographer, not the camera, that makes the photo *smile*

I really do like this simple but evocative picture.
