"Tiger am Eiger"
"Tiger on Eiger" nennt der schweizer Lichtkünstler Gerry Hofstetter sein neustes Werk.
Am 01. Februar beginnt in China das Jahr des Tigers. Aus diesem Anlass beleuchtet der Lichtkünstler die Eigernordwand mit dem Sujet eines Tigers.
Die Projektion ist 5'300 m lang und 2'000 m hoch. Es soll damit das grösste Kunstwerk der Welt (mit der Grösse von über 1'000 Fussballfeldern) sein.
Natürlich soll es auch eine Motivation für alle Schweizer Sportler sein, die an den Olympischen Spielen in Peking teilnehmen.
