1. Sunrise. Great Central Railway Loughborough Leicestershire 30th January 2022

I got to see sunrise & sunset on this Gala day turn. This was sunrise.

Rory (taking photo) & I were prepping BR Standard 9F 2-10-0 92212 in road 3 on the left but as our first train wasn't until 10.30 we were last off shed. This gave us a grandstand view of the other 7 steam locos going off.

Here, catching the morning sun, the steam from our engine merges with that of the two Class 2 2-6-0s, Standard 78018 & Ivatt 46521, plus by the water tank 73156 is adding its contribution.
