Gudrun, wie oben schon erwähnt, ist einer durch unser Büro verursacht. ;-)
Aber die meisten sind Sanierungen und Umbauten. Neubauten sind auf Stadtgebiet fast nicht mehr möglich. Das ► Haus der Religionen war da eher eine Ausnahme.

Gudrun, nein, es gibt dauernd neue! :-)
Es gibt viele Gebäude, die langsam ans Ende ihrer Bewohn- oder Nutzbarkeit kommen, und die müssen saniert werden.
