Planksy is an anonymous artist who secretly decorated Seaford with colourful bird and fish sculptures in 2016 & 17. The name Planksy is derived from an artist calling himself Banksy, who has made an international reputation for street art, and the use of wooden 'planks' as a basis for these artworks.
