A fractal pattern - sheared - colour gradients in 2 layers
The fractal elements are thebands of equidistant lines. These started as digital 'brushes' created by Dan Hinde and supplied on a cover CD with Photoshop Creative magazine. 'Shear' is one of the 'Distort' menu options in Photoshop Elements, which curves in the horizontal plane. what ever has been highlighted.
