GWR 5600 class 0-6-2T, possibly 6636, in 1959

Not the usual run of panniers, Ivatt 2-6-2Ts and this one's big 0-6-0 brothers. I'm not sure about the countryside - it doesn't say Somerset to me, although I could be wrong. Any thoughts? I see that 6636 was shedded at Pontypool Road for much of its life.
