Phil Sutters club has replied to John LawrenceI usually like to have some sort of caption, even if it is now a fairly basic line of text. I was once commended for doing that by a County Archivist, who said that photos they get presented with often cannot be identified. Even ones with digital file name labels can lose those in the process of transferring between filing systems. Having the caption within the image ensures that they can be easily identified where ever they turn up.
