Perfect Day at the Beach I
The light was amazing on this January day.
Printed sometime in April 2015
I made 10 or 12 exposures and I think I will print them all. I rarely make more than a few photos in a day. There are already 3 more printed, with a couple more I'm really looking forward to.
This one I printed 6 times and had a big discussion with my wife and daughter about which one... I made 3 more with the sky lighter and more silvery, but they helped convince me that it is better dark, even a little more than here. I'll be printing this again eventually. I'll replace this when I do.
I was surprised when I uploaded my WPPD photos how few pictures I've uploaded to Ipernity since the last WPPD. I don't know why that is, I've made many prints and it was an active year for me. I don't like scanning very much and maybe I subconsciously rebel against doing it... and sometimes small details keep me from scanning and uploading, when other times I am indiscriminate about what I upload. I need to remember I'm not building a "portfolio" but just sharing what I've been doing lately... :)
