Northern States Power - Sioux Falls, SD

One of the two remaining live 4kV potheads in the South Sioux sub. Looks to be lead cable coming out as well. The plate in the upper corner is the circuit ID, voltage, equipment function, and phase sequence.
It serves the upper pothead on this pole and ultimately terminates at the switch pole on the '2nd Ave.' line: www.ipernity.com/doc/ndlinegeek/18520453
This 4160V sub has since been removed.
