Here's a profile shot of the "38.1kV" line. The pole in front is an example of the work being done to address crossarm failures and keep the wire in the air along this retired section.

This line eventually got restored to service as a 12.5kV open Y circuit, and all the long-delayed repairs were finally made to bring the line back to full operating condition.
