Nilgänse und ihre Küken
Diese Nilgansfamilie habe ich im Schlosspark von Schwetzingen fotografiert. Die Küken (ich habe 14 gezählt) waren noch sehr wackelig auf ihren Beinen. Sie haben wahrscheinlich erst einige Stunden vorher ihre Eier verlassen. Hier werden sie von den Eltern auf ihren ersten Wassergang vorbereitet.

Hi Amelia: The amount of offspring of the Nile geese is a problem here in Europe. It massively threatens the life possibilities of the native geese species. It is similar with the Canada geese.
