Happy From The Canoe Archive Bench Monday.

I’ve run out of local benches, so until I get out somewhere else here’s the last bench from the archive! This was taken when a friend canoed me around the canals of Nordhorn!

At long last we’re almost at the end of January, something to celebrate. How about with a G&T ? Saúde Isabel ! Prost Edna !

A great archival find, Maggs. BTW, I don't suggest that you, Isabel and Edna visit the Birdsville pub too soon, they had a new record of 49.4 C a few days ago with a record low of 35.2C, so not a great time for G&T there. HFTCABM and have a good week.

Nordhorn is lovely and my Dutch friends live alongside one of the canals. We’ve spent an hour or two sipping beside it!!!!

As for the titles, I learned from the very best … Edna of course!

Now it makes sense as I was wondering about the perspective...had you taken this while swimming? :-)

I'm running out of benches, too. But I won't go out and particularly look for them, if I happen to come across one that's ok, if not, then not!!

Unfortunately I haven’t a waterproof camera so we had to go in the canoe or on the paddle board - I wasn’t too keen on the paddle board ;-))
