The top deck of a double decker is undoubtedly the best way to travel. One can see over hedges and discover previously hidden secrets. Best in the front seats if possible.

It just has to be the front seat if you’ve taken the trouble to climb the steps!!

Driving the lorry offers a great view of all that passes

If you want a long ride Peterborough to Norwich 3hrs 15mins a dedicated fleet of DDs I've only been as far as King's Lyn

I couldn’t sit for that long - numb bum!!!!!

They have big comfy seats and you can stop off at places such as Wisbech and King's Lyn

Unlike some here, I do use the 'park and ride' busses quite a bit, so not quite so strange for me.
